Very efficient, quality products (not overly expensive and the ‘wait time’ is MINIMAL for your order to come in and be installed (unlike other window treatment stores)!! Additionally, great service by Ken… they really take pride in their work — and if anything is a miss, they are there within a minimal amount of time to fix it! I would definitely recommend ‘Made in the Shade’ to anyone! 🙂
